Parcel register

An official Ontario land registry document listing every instrument registered against a property identifier number (PIN), including mortgages, easements, and NOSIs.

Pulling a parcel register through ServiceOntario or your local land registry office is the authoritative way to find out whether a NOSI or other registration exists on your home. Each entry identifies the secured party.

Many Ontario homeowners discover a NOSI for the first time only when their lawyer pulls a parcel register at refinance or sale.
